  1. As per Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) instructions the transaction of the Company's shares has to be compulsorily in dematerialised form. Considering the advantages of scripless trading, shareholders are requested to consider dematerialisation of their shareholding so as to avoid inconvenience in future. The Company's shares are available for trading through NSDL and CDSL.
  2. As per the latest amendments to the Companies Act, 1956, a shareholder can nominate the successors in case of his / her death. Shareholders who are interested in recording the nomination for their holdings may send Form 2B to the Company. The form will be sent on request.
  3. In terms of Section 205A of the Companies Act, 1956, unclaimed equity dividend for the financial year(s) upto 1997 - 1998 have been transferred to the General Revenue Account of the Central Government.
  4. Share transfer request is acted upon within 15-20 days from the date of its receipt at the Registered Office / Registrar and Transfer Agents's Office. In case no response is received from the Company within 20 days of lodgement of transfer request, the lodger may write to the Company with full details so that necessary action could be taken to safeguard interest of the concerned against any possible loss / interception during postal transit.
  5. Dematerialised requests duly complete in all respects are normally processed within 3-5 days from the date of their receipt at the Registered Office.
  6. Members / Beneficial Owners are requested to quote their Folio No. / DP and Client ID Numbers, as the case may be in all correspondence with the Company.
  7. Members holding shares in physical form are requested to notify to the Company, change in their address / Pin Code number and Bank Account details promptly. Beneficial Owners of shares in dematerialised form are requested to send their instructions regarding change of address, bank details, nomination, power of attorney etc., directly to their DP as the same are maintained by the DPs.
  8. To prevent fraudulent encashment of dividend warrants, members are requested to provide their Bank Account Details (if not provided earlier) to the Company (if shares held in physical form) or to DP (if shares held in dematerialised form), as the case may be, for printing of the same on their dividend warrants.
  9. Non-resident Members are requested to immediately notify change in their residential status on return to India for permanent settlement and particulars of Non Resident External Account, if not furnished earlier.
  10. In case of loss / misplacement of shares, investors should immediately lodge a First Information Report (FIR) / Compaint with the police and inform the Company along with original or certified copy of FIR / acknowledge copy of complaint.
  11. For expeditious transfer of shares, shareholders should fill in complete and correct particulars in the transfer deed. Wherever applicable, registration number of Power of Attorney should also be quoted in the transfer deed at the appropriate place.
  12. Members are requested to keep record of their specimen signature before lodgement of shares with the Company to obviate possibility of difference in signature at a later date.
  13. Member(s) of the Company who have multiple accounts in identical name(s) or hold more than one share certificate in the same name under different Ledger Folio(s) are requested to apply for consolidation of such Folio(s) and send the relevant share certificates to the Company.
  14. Members are requested to quote their E-mail Ids. / Telephone / Fax numbers for prompt reply to their communication.
