Who is eligible?
Institutional Agency/Consultancy Group, preferably, Firms of Chartered Accountants, Management Consultants, etc., who are providing Financial & Investment Consultancy Services are eligible for Direct Selling Agency (DSA)

How to apply?
Application in the prescribed format is to be submitted to the Area Manager / Officer-in-Charge for empanelment. The Key Persons / Senior Officials of the Institution will be interviewed by the Area Manager / Officer-in-Charge. Application can be downloaded from our Downloads section.

Job profile:
The DSA will have to procure the Housing loan application from individuals along with the necessary documents, do preliminary scrutiny of the applications and thereafter forward the same to our Area Office along with the Cheque/Draft for the Upfront Fees.

The DSA will have to verify and ensure that the proofs of income submitted by the applicants are genuine.

A separate letter should be issued by the DSA in each case. The DSA should give necessary assistance to the Area Office as well as the applicant to complete the loan transaction speedily.
